QUANTRICS UNVEILS A REFRESHED BRAND IDENTITY FOR EXCITING GROWTH JOURNEY AHEAD

Quantrics Enterprises Inc., a leading customer service and award-winning IT solutions provider, is thrilled to share a dynamic rebranding initiative aimed at enhancing our market presence and reaffirming our commitment to innovation and customer experience excellence. The rebranding initiative was undertaken in collaboration with PINO Studio, a multidisciplinary design firm based in Manila.
After a thorough strategic review and a careful evaluation of our brand identity, Quantrics recognized the need for a rejuvenated image that aligns with our evolving values, vision, and future growth prospects. The rebranding process embodies our ambition to remain at the forefront of our industry.
The initiative encompasses a modernized logo, an updated visual identity, a redesigned website, and a refreshed brand message. These elements are meticulously crafted to resonate with our target audience and reflect the progress and transformation Quantrics has undergone.
Quantrics President, Alexia Hamel, shares that

Key Aspects of the Rebranding Initiative:
1. Logo
Our logomark, the iconic speech bubble within an uppercase Q, was originally used as a standalone symbol of the whole Quantrics brand. The logomark was made whole, retaining the speech bubble but solidifying the uppercase Q for a modern and simplified look, intended to increase visibility across platforms. This change represents our commitment to forward thinking, direct communication, and adaptability to the ever-changing landscape of customer service and I.T.
2. Visual Identity
In updating the brand’s visual identity, a new palette featuring shades of blue and green was incorporated to join the existing purple. This allows the brand a degree of flexibility in color as well as increasing brand recognition, since green and blue are commonly used by companies in the I.T. space. Combined with the original Quantrics purple, a unique color palette is achieved–one that is distinctively Quantrics. In terms of imagery, we curate our elements to suggest warmth, familiarity, approachability, and openness.
3. Website
The website was rebuilt from the ground up to emphasize two aspects: the solutions the company can offer, and the people-centric culture of our workplace. New pages were added to tell our story and our mission-vision, communicating to readers our identity as a company and the values we believe in. Our customer satisfaction-centric philosophy was ingrained in website user experience: users could get to where they wanted in the fewest clicks possible, and all the information on the website was easily accessible. The UX was easy, straightforward, and clear reflecting, precisely the type of experience we want our clients to have.
4. Refreshed Brand Message
Our brand message has been reimagined to convey our renewed focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, reliability, and people as the essence of our business. It emphasizes our commitment to providing superior customer and employee experiences that exceed expectations.
