What are your operation hours?

Our Recruitment Centers are open during the following hours:

Taytay: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
San Mateo: Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Naga: Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

However, keep your eyes on our official social media pages because we sometimes extend our recruitment hours for weekends and/or holidays.

Okay, so how do I get there?

Our Taytay office is located at Manila East Rd., right beside SM Taytay. Our Naga office is located on the 3rd Floor, Robinsons Place Naga. Our San Mateo office is located at 4th floor SM San Mateo, Gen. Luna Ave (Entrance besides SM San Mateo Supermarket).

Do you offer OJT or Part-time roles?

Interested applicants must be willing to work full-time hours (24/7 environment) and shift work on evenings, weekends, and holidays

Do you offer Work-from-Home?

Yes! Employees have the option to Work-from-Home (WFH) upon regularization and would be granted based on performance.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Feel free to walk in and apply. You only need your updated resume, vaccination card, and a valid ID (any ID will do – just make sure it has your photo).

Am I eligible to be re-hired?

Re-hire eligibility varies depending on the situation. If you are still unsure, just remember that you can email us at recruitment@quantrics.com for verification.

What are the requirements?

Below is the full list of the requirements we will be asking from you. If this seems like a lot, don’t worry because you will be given ample time to complete them!

- Medical (Basic 5) Clearance
- SSS (E1/E4 Form/ Verification Slip)
- Philhealth (MDR)
- Pag-IBIG (HDMF ID/ MDF/Loyalty Card)

- RDO transfer (Stamped 1905)

What’s the hiring process for Agent roles? How long does it take?

The hiring process includes a comprehensive assessment and a 15-20-minute behavioral-based interview. Also, it’s a one-day process! Once you’re done with everything, we will inform you of the status of your application within 24 hours.

Which tests will I be taking?

Quantrics uses one language assessment – Learning Branch, an English proficiency test which assesses language (fluency, grammar, tone), communication, employability (relevance, attention to detail, customer focus, performing under pressure), and other soft skills.

I failed the Learning Branch. Can I try again?

Yes, you can! If you were not able to succeed in the recruitment process initially, you can always come back and do it again after twelve (12) months. However, if you passed the assessment and failed the Interview, re-application will be after three (3) months.
