A highlight of the launch was Quantrics’ new Onsite Video Hubs, which demonstrated how leaders can create engaging Operations-related content. These hubs infuse excitement and dynamism into the virtual experience for the organization’s WFH agents, enhancing communication and motivation. From webcams to virtual experience tools, these resources enable better coaching, recognition, and motivation during regular touchpoints, ensuring WFH agents remain connected and driven.
