We provide IT development (Business Intelligence, Web, and Mobile Applications), shared services support, and customer experience for the leading telecommunications company in Canada and its subsidiaries.

Starting with only 2 business segments in 2016, Quantrics was initially focused on delivering the best-in-class customer experience. As the number of segments expanded, our workforce and locations continued to grow with the business, later on adding shared services support and diversifying to I.T. Development, such as mobile app, web development, and blueprint programming.

Today, we are more than just customer experience champions serving 30+ lines of businesses, we have evolved to become one of the expert providers of highly effective digital services and IT solutions in the Philippines. 

Quantrics is aggressively expanding our in-house IT solutions groups such as Cloud Development, Robotic Process Automation, IT Development and Testing.
