Are you an experienced Software Test Engineer looking for a new challenge? As a key member of our team, you’ll have the chance to shape the quality of Canada’s largest telco’s software products and contribute to their success.
Strategy & Implementation
Develop comprehensive test strategies and implement best practices within an agile framework.
- Test Procedure Design: Craft both manual and automated test procedures to thoroughly evaluate each software product.
- Integrated Test Programs: Build, code, and implement software evaluation test programs that seamlessly integrate within a CI/CD pipeline.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Understand customer needs and gather technical requirements to drive impactful testing.
What You’ll Bring
- Automation expertise: proficiency in using Robot Framework / RPA for automation
- Python proficiency
- Knowledge of Git ecosystem and best practices, including unit tests, integration tests frameworks, TDD, and BDD.
- Familiarity with program testing software and advanced debugging capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail in test collation and report compilation.
- Troubleshooting skills
- Procedure design: Demonstrate the ability to design and craft complex software testing procedures.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies, coupled with a knack for innovation.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Understanding of lower-level networking concepts.
- Good knowledge of Java and SpringBoot, Javascript, REST, SOAP, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, SQL, and NoSQL
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Kafka
