SRE System Support Engineer – Play a Critical Role in An Agile Pod

Join a fully functional agile program with a robust DeveEx and DevOps process. Offer direct support in end-to-end programs, you’ll work closely with external vendors and IT program managers and business analysts, and teams from Canada’s largest telco. You can drive change on business unit projects.
Join a mature DevOps team and work in an agile development framework. You will be working within a cloud-based environment (GCP or AWS) and using various monitoring tools and implementing self-healing strategies to proactively prevent production incidents. You can play a critical role in identifying and addressing business challenges, using root cause analysis of production issues and designing on-call and escalation processes.
Your experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana), Prometheus, and Grafana, and troubleshooting and debugging skills will help you thrive in this role.
