- Women of Q is an in-house group of volunteer women employees who band together with three primary goals – to inspire, lead, and empower others, regardless of gender, in the workplace. Comprising of diverse members from varying age, rank, skills, and background, Women of Q advocates for the women empowerment, leadership, mental health, inclusion, breastfeeding, and select charitable advocacies for the local communities we belong to.
- Women in TeQh – Our Department of Network and Technology Services (DNTS) proudly supports an in-house group of women and women leaders building and growing their careers in technology. Women in TeQh is comprised of our skilled IT experts, Developers, Programmers, and subject matter experts who encourage, guide, and support women with interest in making career shifts, regardless of their educational background and work experience, into technology. The group conducts regular live webinars to help interested women break barriers and enter the tech workspace.
- Q Pride employees who belong to the LGBTQ+ community are embraced by the Quantrics Qmunity as their family. Our company culture has made our work environment a safe place, and welcoming environment, for all to be seen, heard, and be themselves. At Quantrics, they are free to wear what they want, give ideas, initiate programs, lead teams, and open and contribute to conversations. Q Pride volunteers formed the charter group to put their goals in writing and initiate activities to support their members. Every year, the Quantrics Qmunity walks shoulder to shoulder with our Q Pride members during Pride March.
- IDAHOBIT, and IDOP – Each year, Quantrics joins the rest of the world in celebration of International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Lesbophobia, and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT) and International Day of Pink (IDOP). Both days mark a united global stance against bullying and homophobia.
- Q-Net My Profile – Our company intranet allows employees to indicate how they want to be identified based on their preferred name, gender, or pronoun.
