Within a dynamic development team, this role takes center stage in the endeavor to sustain and evolve core mobile applications for Canada’s largest telco. Collaborative engagement with both clients and third-party teams serves as the foundation for this journey.

Your role as iOS Developer will be to design and develop high-quality iOS applications using Swift or Objective-C programming languages. This involves writing clean, maintainable code and implementing best practices to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Alongside designers, product managers, and team members you will translate project requirements into technical specifications. You will implement new features and functionalities according to these specifications, ensuring alignment with the overall app architecture and design guidelines. You will also work closely with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and aesthetic user interfaces that adhere to Apple Guidelines and best practices.

You will contribute to identifying and troubleshooting bugs, performance issues, and other technical challenges through rigorous testing and debugging to ensure the stability and reliability of the app. Additionally, you will provide ongoing maintenance and support to address user feedback and update the app as needed.

As iOS Developer, you will be involved in optimization of app performance, responsiveness, and resource usage to deliver a smooth and efficient user experience across different iOS devices and OS versions. This involves identifying bottlenecks, implementing performance enhancements, and conducting profiling and testing.

You will be expected to use version control systems (Git) to manage code repositories and collaborate with your team members. As an iOS Developer, you will participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
