As we close out Bell All-Stars Period 16 this October, we proudly shine a spotlight on some of the most awarded members of our Qmunity. These individuals exemplify the passion, perseverance, and commitment that define the Quantrics spirit. Let’s meet Michael Bongais, Aldrin Quidoles Jr., and Yves Saquillo—leaders in their own right who have consistently raised the bar for excellence.

Michael Bongais

9-time Bell All-Star

Michael has been with Quantrics since 2018, and his journey has been nothing short of transformative. The key to his success? “No secret—just pure hard work and dedication,” he says. Michael values the support he receives from his leaders and peers, which has helped him win the prestigious Bell All-Star title nine times.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys solo adventures—whether it’s traveling or watching a movie in an empty cinema. His goal? To always keep pushing himself forward, both personally and professionally.

Aldrin Quidoles Jr.
CTI Intercept QUAD, Naga
6-time Bell All-Star

For over six years, Aldrin has been a standout at Quantrics, progressing from an agent to a Subject Matter Expert. His winning approach? “Make every customer feel valued and heard.” Aldrin believes that acknowledging customer emotions and solving their problems with care is the secret to his consistent success.

When he’s off the clock, Aldrin is working toward financial freedom. He’s already converted a property into a rental unit and opened a tutorial center for junior high school students, all while managing his livestock business.

Yves Saquillo
Fibetech, Naga
6-time Bell All-Star

Yves began his career at Quantrics fresh out of college, and in just five years, he’s become a five-time Bell All-Star. His strategy? “Always do your best on every call and maintain a clear, positive mindset.” Yves thrives on the supportive environment at Quantrics and has grown both personally and professionally, having been promoted to Subject Matter Expert.

In his free time, Yves enjoys gaming, sports, and mentoring new hires. His next goal? To maintain his All-Star streak and aim for a promotion.
